44 insurance company executives (CEOs, MDs, GMs, Presidents, etc) have participated in the February edition of Ask the CEO poll by LINK LTD.

Improving digitalization clearly leads the game as 6 out of 10 executives have their sights set on a digitalization program for their companies, the leading priority as revealed by the poll.
While digitalization might drive automation, increase efficiency and introduce elements of artificial intelligence, it is not replacing human capital as reflected by the high concern for retaining or acquiring human talent. This was highlighted by half the participating executives and is the second topmost concern on the leader’s minds.
