Lucky La Riccia, Vice President and Head of Cloud Software and Services at Ericsson Middle East and Africa, started his career with Ericsson in 2004, holding several leadership positions across the Digital Services portfolio within Asia Pacific and India across a multitude of technology areas including Operations Support System (OSS), Business support system (BSS) and Core network domains. His strengths build upon a strong and broad technology understanding, extensive experience in delivering complex technology and business transformation programs and the virtualization of telecom operator solutions across multiple continents. Having led various assignments across the globe, La Riccia has mastered the leadership of technology teams and introduction of leading technology changes into customer environments.
