Georges Mansour the Executive Chef at The InterContinental Jordan
The InterContinental Jordan Hotel has brought in a new executive chef to help lead the culinary operations. The Lebanese Chef Georges Mansour brings with him more than 25 years of experience in luxurious hotels and fine dining restaurants.
Chef Georges is no stranger to IHG, as he has always been part of the IHG family in the past, he has worked for the Iconic Hotel Le Vendome InterContinental Beirut as Executive Chef. Held the position of culinary director at the renowned Kempinski Summerland hotel & resort for the past five years. An international culinary journey began at InterContinental Geneva after that London, New York, Las Vegas, Spain and Belgium Gastronomic cuisine specialties, trained and developed by Michelin star Chefs within InterContinental Hotels.
