Amouage Reports Record Results for First Half of 2025:Retail Sales Surpass $200 Million, Reflecting +60% Growth
Amouage, the Omani High Perfumery House, has closed the first six months of 2025 with a record second quarter, building on an exceptional start to the year. By the end of June, retail sales exceeded $200 million, representing a +60% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
This remarkable performance underscores the creative and cultural relevance of Amouage, the continued trust of its clients, and the dedication of its teams and partners.
The Soaring Resonance of Amouage Creations
The surge in global demand for both Amouage’s iconic perfumes and its most recent creations highlights the strength and depth of the House’s portfolio.
The Guidance franchise grew by more than 2.5 times, expanding across key markets through high-profile takeovers and earning major artistic recognitions worldwide. Today, one in every four bottles produced by Amouage is a Guidance creation.
The Odyssey Collection saw its sales double, driven by the outstanding success of the newly introduced Decision and Existence Eaux de Parfum.
High-value, high-quality collections continued to drive strong performance across the portfolio. Sales of the Exceptional Extraits rose by over 2.7 times, reflecting the enduring appeal of high-concentration products. The recently introduced Essences Collection pioneered a proprietary six-month double-infusion technique, enhancing both complexity and richness of perfumes. Initial volumes sold out swiftly, surpassing expectations.
An Extraordinary Performance Across Geographies and Channels
Amouage’s record results were anchored in consistent growth across geographies and client touchpoints.
In the Middle East and Africa, sales rose by +84%, with the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia both doubling year-on-year, achieving leading rankings in all key department stores. In the Americas, growth reached +69% while Europe closed the semester at a breakthrough +59%.
Looking at the different channels, Amouage boutique sales increased by +55% like-for-like, while Amouage.com grew by +83%, reaffirming the success of its approach to build meaningful connections through curated physical and digital experiences. Travel Retail momentum continued, achieving +51%.
Transparently and Sustainably Rooted in Oman… to the World
Amouage became the first beauty brand – and the first company headquartered in the Middle East – to join the Aura Blockchain Consortium, a leading alliance advancing traceability and transparency in the luxury sector through blockchain technology.
From a sustainability perspective, every Amouage fragrance bottle is now handcrafted in Muscat using solar energy. Following the installation of 160 solar panels, the Manufacture operates independently, fully powered by the sun.
Amouage also strengthened its global presence through initiatives that reflect not only its dedication to the art of perfumery, but to the values that shape it. The House took part in Paris and Grasse Perfume Weeks, where it spotlighted its sustainability work in Wadi Dawkah and the ongoing contributions of its Scientific Advisory Council, highlighting the critical importance of origin, stewardship, and responsible sourcing in the future of perfumery.
As Amouage enters the second half of 2025, its growth trajectory remains anchored in creative depth and cultural nuance. The House will continue to elevate its selective distribution network with new boutique openings in Saudi Arabia and an expanded presence in the United States.
