Fairmont Fujairah Joins Fairmont’s Make-A-Wish® Fundraiser

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, a proud member of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, has announced its support for Fairmont’s new global fundraising initiative, “Move for Wishes,” with a community wellness experience taking place on September 26 at the Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort Helipad.

Open to both hotel guests and residents, the experience will take place from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish® in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month this September.

The morning will feature a sunrise yoga session, inviting participants to begin the day with movement and mindfulness against the backdrop of Fujairah’s natural surroundings. Participants will also receive full-day pool and beach access and a complimentary smoothie, extending the experience into a relaxing day by the sea.

“Move for Wishes” launches for the first time in September 2026 and will see Fairmont Fujairah joining more than 90 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts worldwide with a full array of fundraising classes and experiences in tandem with the brand’s newly launched wellbeing vision, “Wellness Without Walls.” The initiative encourages visitors to exercise at their own pace and move their bodies in a way that inspires and motivates them during their travels.

Designed as a celebratory event, the experience brings together exercise, recovery and connection to unite the community in a powerful effort to support, reflect and raise funds throughout September for this important cause.

Fairmont’s “Move for Wishes” campaign is a continuation of the “Wishes Start Here” initiative, a global partnership between Fairmont and Make-A-Wish that made its debut in 2022. The legacy of the partnership extends much longer, however, with more than 20 years of bringing hope, strength and joy to children around the world by granting wishes together.

Guests across every Fairmont property are invited to participate in “Move for Wishes,” with every class and experience contributing to Make-A-Wish, helping grant transformative wishes for children with critical illnesses and bringing hope, strength and joy to families around the world. Similarly, members of ALL Accor have the option to donate their loyalty points to Make-A-Wish as part of a year-round fundraising initiative.
