Intercontinental Jordan Wins at Horeca 2021

InterContinental Jordan has participated in Horeca 2021, which resumed after a one year forced break due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The globally renowned hospitality event and exhibition brought together all hotels and brands passionate about hospitality and excellent guest experience.

During the event, InterContinental Jordan competed in several competitions and won many awards and medals. In the cooking competitions, Muath Salman from Soba Japanese restaurant won a silver medal for his outstanding creations of sushi, while Majd Abu Ghareeb from Cinco de Mayo won a bronze medal for his out-of-the-box culinary concepts. Hasan Amirah who is specialized in pastry won the hotel another bronze medal with his three delicious desserts; and finally, Adnan Abu Al Kush brought him the 3rd bronze medal in the Arabic cuisine category.
Housekeeping plays a major role in Horeca as well, and InterContinental Jordan won two medals; Islam Noon won the 1st gold medal and JD 400, while Yazan Tayem won the 2nd gold medal along with JD 200.
