CBD Wins “Employee Engagement Champion” Award by LinkedIn Talent Awards MENA

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), one of the leading banks in the UAE, was crowned “Employee Engagement Champion” by LinkedIn Talent Awards MENA. The award was received by Dr. Bernd van Linder, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank of Dubai at a ceremony held recently at CBD’s Head Office in Dubai.

The award is presented to companies who have excelled at engaging with talent, creating an inclusive workplace, building a solid brand while encouraging learning and development, as well as focusing on employee retention. It also recognize entities that demonstrate remarkable adaptability, innovation and creativity in the talent space.

CBD competed with several leading domestic and regional institutions. The accolade was awarded based on data analysis run by LinkedIn’s Insights team. A committee of arbitrators and international experts in talent management analysed participants’ data, testing their ability to make optimal use of the solutions provided by LinkedIn and assessing whether the outcome brought a positive change in their organizations by building a corporate culture based on continuous growth and development, employee engagement, and well-being.
